Meet our Officers for 2010

President: Sharon Blayney

 Sharon Blayney is the President of Country Folks Saddle Club.  She and her family were one of the ten original founding families of this family orientated Riding / Payday Club in 1983.  

 Sharon had a dream from a very young age to own and work with horses. She learned to ride as a child and never gave up on her dream to own her own stock.  She acquired her first horse in 1968 and has been riding, raising and  training them ever since. 

She and her husband Sam, are the owners of Singing Trees Ranch in Florence, Texas.  At their ranch they currently are raising, training, boarding horses and giving lessons to all who wish to learn.  Sharon has devoted her life to the love of horses and children.   

Sharon would like to invite you to come join us at  Country Folks Saddle Club.  You don’t even have to ride or own a horse to find a home at C.F.S.C. You just need to enjoy kids and horses.  There is a place for everyone at C.F.S.C.

Treasurer: Jerri Garner   

Jerri Garner is the Treasurer of our club. She was also a founding member in 1983.  Jerri was born in a horse family and learned to ride at a very early age. She has devoted her life to raising, training, selling horses and giving lessons in the western tradition. She has a great love of children and enjoys working with them.

Jerri is the owner of Nameless Horse Center in Leander Texas. She also takes out riders on beautiful trail rides in the hill country.  Jeri may be contacted thru this site.
